HO CHI MINH CITY, 06/11/2026 — Saigon Beauty Show & K-Beauty Expo Vietnam 2026 has drawn to a close after three days, from 29 to 31 October 2026, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Throughout the three days, Coauths' booth L07 welcomed a steady stream of visitors who came to learn about Qub-X and discuss how their clinics run day to day.
At the hands-on counter, visitors worked directly in Qub-X across its six core modules: customer management (CRM), reporting and analytics, the omnichannel inbox, AI marketing, inventory, and electronic medical records (EMR) & prescriptions. The Coauths team guided each visitor through a typical clinic day, from creating a customer record and booking an appointment to completing a medical record and issuing a prescription.
Most conversations at the booth centred on electronic medical records (EMR): how to move from paper to digital records, how a physician reviews and locks a record at the end of the day, and how records connect with appointments, inventory and payments. These questions give the team a clearer understanding of what clinics need in practice and will shape the next stages of product development. With Qub-X, a clinic digitises its records using ready-made templates for each service; the physician enters, reviews and locks each record in the same system that holds appointments, inventory and payments, so nothing has to be copied between separate books.
Visitors also raised specific day-to-day situations at the counter: how reception and nursing staff hand over between shifts, how a multi-branch clinic keeps a single view of all its customers, and how follow-up reminders can be sent automatically to each customer group. Each of these has been noted for further discussion with the clinics after the expo.
