An aesthetic clinic with 3 branches in Ho Chi Minh City
This clinic was Qub-X’s first pilot customer. Before the switch, its three branches ran on an older system: customer records were split by branch, appointments had to be re-entered by hand and the front desk answered messages from personal phones. Moving to Qub-X brought every customer record, appointment and stock item into one system shared by all three branches; staff carried on working on their existing data without re-entering anything.
The clinic’s name is withheld by agreement with the customer.
