Cosmos – AI authentication for aesthetic products

Cosmos is under development. A working prototype exists; the content below describes the intended release and does not represent commercially available features.

The counterfeit problem

Counterfeit fillers and botulinum toxin are a real problem in this industry, and patients bear the consequences. Cosmos helps verify a product's origin before it is used.

Counterfeits are very hard to identify by eye. Cosmos combines image recognition with NFC/RFID to authenticate products, without direct access to the manufacturer's database.

Authentication in four steps

1

Scan the product

Photograph the packaging with a camera, or tap NFC/RFID where the product carries a tag.

2

AI recognition

Analyzes packaging, lot number and expiry date without direct access to the manufacturer's database.

3

Verification result

Returns "verified" or "suspect", together with manufacturer, lot number, expiry date and distribution market.

4

Alerts and support

Raises automatic alerts when anomalies are detected and supports responses to regulators.

Frequently asked questions

Sample data
When will Cosmos be released?

A prototype is being trialled with a group of clinics in Yongin and Ho Chi Minh City. Public release is planned for 2027, starting with fillers and toxins licensed in Korea.

What equipment is needed to use Cosmos?

Only a phone with a camera to scan the code on the product box. No dedicated hardware or clinic installation is needed.

Will Cosmos be a paid service?

Free for patients and clinics. Manufacturers and distributors join through a partner programme, with pricing published before launch.

Will Cosmos work outside Korea?

Yes. The prototype starts with Korean products and will expand across the 18 markets that already have export data on AIP, including Vietnam.
