BANGKOK, 04/09/2026 — Coauths organised this year's ASLS Bangkok Cadaver Academy on behalf of the Aesthetic Surgery & Laser Society (ASLS). Academic partners RAMA Dermatology and RAMA Anatomy, associated with the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital at Mahidol University, also contributed to the event.
The day was divided into two sessions. Expert lectures covered anatomy and safe practice, while the lab gave participants the chance to examine structures directly on specimens. In total, 120 doctors from 7 countries attended under the guidance of 20 instructors and lecturers, and each received a certificate of attendance.
Coauths managed every stage, from planning and coordination with ASLS and the teaching team to registration and on-site operations. The company also led the seminar itself, with its CEO serving as master of ceremonies.
The cadaver lab sat at the heart of the programme, because the face is built in layers that differ from one person to the next. Through dissection, doctors could see tissue planes, the paths of vessels and nerves, and the so-called danger zones first-hand, which theory alone cannot offer. This is also why such training is increasingly common across the region: earlier in 2026, IMCAS Asia in Bangkok also offered a pre-congress course devoted to aesthetic cadaver anatomy.
"Doctors are most interested in cadaver workshops. At international congresses such as IMCAS and AMWC, more than half of attendees say they want to learn this way. That is why we want to provide a well-structured system of experience for them," said the CEO of Coauths.
Looking ahead, the company will keep supporting education in medical aesthetics and sharing verified updates on the events it organises.
