Which Meta channel would you like to connect?
Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp Business are all Meta channels. Your clinic only needs to grant Page access in the login popup, and the connection is done. Start in the CRM at Settings → Channels → the "Connect channel" page, then pick the channel you want to connect to see the step-by-step guide.

Click "Connect with Facebook" → log in via the popup → choose your Page, and the connection is done.
Instagram DM
Instagram direct messages
Use the "Connect with Instagram" button to handle IG DMs in the CRM. Requires a Professional account linked to a Facebook Page.
WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp for business
"Start WhatsApp Embedded Signup" — a single popup handles WABA registration (or selecting an existing one) and phone number verification.
What to prepare before connecting
Developer steps such as creating the Meta App, business verification, and App Review are all handled by Coauths, so your clinic does not need to worry about them. All your clinic needs to prepare are the account-level items below.
- Facebook Page admin access — Required for all three channels. The account you log in with in the connection popup must be an admin of your clinic’s Facebook Page.
- Instagram Professional account — Required when connecting Instagram DM. The account must be switched to Professional and linked to a Facebook Page.
- WhatsApp phone number — Required when connecting WhatsApp. A single phone number that can receive the verification code is enough, and if you already have a WhatsApp Business account (WABA) you can select it directly in the popup.
💡 If this is your first time, we recommend starting with Facebook Messenger. With Page admin access you can connect right away, and you can then add Instagram and WhatsApp through the same kind of popup.
