Coauths handles this step
A Meta App is the container the CRM uses to identify itself when communicating with the Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) API. Earlier guides asked clinics to create their own App, but now you connect through an App operated by Coauths.
That means developer tasks such as creating the App, managing the App Secret, registering Webhooks, and App Review are all handled by Coauths on your behalf. Your clinic does not need to do anything extra.
What your clinic does
Log in to the CRM and, on the Settings → Channels → “Connect channel” page, click the “Connect channel” button on the channel card you want. Just allow page access in the login popup, and the connection completes — webhook subscription is handled automatically too.
