Create + verify a Zalo Official Account

This step is separate from connecting the CRM — it's how your clinic prepares its Zalo OA account. Create and verify the OA so messaging features are unlocked before you connect.

If your clinic already runs a verified OA, you can skip this page and return to the connection guide to complete the steps in the CRM.

Create an OA

  1. Go to oa.zalo.me → Đăng ký OA (Register OA)
  2. Sign in with your personal Zalo account
  3. Enter the OA details:
    • Tên OA (OA name): your clinic name (Vietnamese recommended)
    • Lĩnh vực (category): Y tế / Sức khỏe (Healthcare / Wellness)
    • Mô tả (description): a short intro + profile and cover images
  4. Accept the terms → Register

Verify the OA (Xác thực)

You can run an unverified OA, but the messaging features required for the CRM connection are only available on a verified OA.

  1. OA admin → Cài đặt → Xác thực OA
  2. Documents to submit: business license (Giấy phép kinh doanh) + the representative's ID (CMND/CCCD) — including a medical operating license speeds up approval
  3. Submit the request → review takes 3–7 business days
💡 A verified OA also gets better visibility in search and recommendations. It's all but essential for a clinic.
